A downloadable game

Following a mission, the USS Chekibundi locked itself down. Samson, one of its officers, locked himself in the escape pod. The crew are at risk of dying, some already have, and he'll leave at the first sign he has to.

Speak to your friends, find the truth.


Created for the 1-Bit Game Jam! The theme was 'You start with everything, and end with nothing,' so we wrote that idea into our story. We hope you enjoy the game!

Pretty good short game, very nice and pretty much a 4.9/5 because of a few flaws.
Unfortunately, the code in Sams' room doesn't seem to work, and I'm unsure of what to do next.

Howdy! Thanks for the comment! The completion guide is as follows:

Hour 1:

> Get radio & talk to Samson

> Talk to Alex, get their journal (then talk to them again)

> Talk to Leon, get their *Space Beer* (then talk to him again)

> Talk to the others then report back to Samson

> Press the red button on the Bridge (front area of the ship)

> Return to Samson, then go back to the Charger


Hour 2:

> Talk to Alex

> Talk to Leon

> Talk to Alex (again)

> Talk to Joy, get her Headphones (then talk to her again)

> Talk to Maria, get her Book (then talk to her again)

> Talk to Samson

> Return to the Charger


Hour 3:

> Talk to Maria

> Talk to Leon, grab the Photograph (then talk to him again)

> Talk to Joy

> Talk to Alex

> Talk to Joy (again)

> Talk to Alex (again)

> Talk to Samson


Final Hour:

> Talk to Leon

> Talk to Maria

> Press the button.


Anything not mentioned here is considered a "side quest" and not necessary to complete the game.

In regards to the Samson code not working we'll look into it. There are a few bugs we need to address at some point, thank you for bring that to our attention!

Generally I think we failed to consider how to properly navigate the player around the environment without it feeling aimless, that is my fault :(

It didn't really feel aimless, to me at least, the only part where I didn't know where to go was (the end, but) the button segment, I know the bit was that you see in green and he's asking for a red button but there's just like...50 buttons.
